R Packages

• HPR: This R package fits horseshoe process regression (HPR), a Bayesian method for fitting abruptly changing associations, as described in Chase et al. (2022+). More details on how to use the package can be found in the manual and vignette. Access on GitHub.
• seamlesssim: This R package simulates data for complex early-phase oncology trials, to aid in evaluating trial operating characteristics. More details on the methods can be found in Boonstra et al. (2021), with details on how to use the package in the manual and vignette. Access on GitHub.

Shiny Apps

• STAR-CAP: This Shiny app generates predictions from the prostate cancer staging system of Dess et al. (2020). As of 8/25/22, it has been visited by almost 5,000 unique users from 95 different countries, for a total of almost 12,000 visits. Access it here.
• OCCAM: This Shiny app generates predictions of other-cause mortality in prostate cancer patients using the OCCAM model of Chase et al. (2022). As of 8/25/22, it has been used by almost 200 unique users from 13 different countries, for a total of 350 visits. Access it here.
